Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") attentively before utilizing the services offered by Lighter Life Limited, including all text, software, and other content made available through our website (https://callray.ai) and the mobile application "CallRay" (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing and using the Service, whether by browsing the website, downloading, or using the app, you accept to adhere to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from downloading, accessing, or using any part of the Service.
You must be of legal age in your country of residence to use the Service, make payments, and accept these Terms. If you permit a minor to use the Service, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, you have consented to this use, and you are authorized to do so. You agree that the minor will use the Service under your supervision and in accordance with these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://callray.ai/privacy. This policy details how we handle information, including that of minors authorized by you to use the Service.
Subject to these Terms, Lighter Life Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the "CallRay" app on your personal mobile devices for non-commercial purposes. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted in these Terms and may terminate this license at any time without notice. Any updates or upgrades to the app provided by us will be covered by these Terms unless accompanied by a separate license.
The mobile software provided to access "CallRay" is licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the mobile software on a device you own or control solely for your personal use, subject to these Terms. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the mobile software. You acknowledge that we may update the mobile software automatically, and these updates will be governed by these Terms.
4.1 You may purchase subscriptions to access "CallRay" content directly through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Subscriptions provide you with access to all app content for the duration they are active.
4.2 The subscription begins immediately upon purchase and continues until the end of the period, regardless of your actual use of the app.
4.3 Subscription fees are prominently displayed within the app and at the point of purchase on the respective platforms.
4.4 You are responsible for all associated costs necessary to access the app content, including internet fees.
4.5 Subscription prices are subject to change; however, any changes will not affect a subscription already purchased. No refunds are provided for price reductions or promotional offers.
Subscription Purchase via Apple App Store
4.6 Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store are charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Management of payments is governed by Apple's policies, which can be found here.
4.7 Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
4.8 Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Account Settings on your device after purchase.
Subscription Purchase via Google Play
4.9 Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Payment management is handled by Google, as detailed here.
4.10 Similar to Apple, paid subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4.11 Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off by visiting Google Play and navigating to "My Subscriptions."
4.12 Once activated, subscriptions are non-refundable, including if you wish to cease using the service.
As a user of "CallRay," you are responsible for your own actions and the actions of anyone who uses your account, in relation to the Service. You agree not to engage in activities that could harm the service, its functionality, or its users. Prohibited activities include using the service for illegal purposes, altering or hacking the service, and infringing on intellectual property rights. Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access to the Service.
All rights in and to the Service and its content, except for the limited rights explicitly granted to you, are retained by Lighter Life Limited. The Service includes all materials, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, which are protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to Lighter Life Limited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Lighter Life Limited may collect, use, and share data related to your use of the Service, including technical and personal information, to facilitate service functionality, updates, and support. For detailed information on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://callray.ai/privacy.
The Service may include technologies provided by third parties. By using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms, such as those from Apple and Google, which govern your use of the platforms on which the Service operates.
The Service, including all its content, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of Lighter Life Limited and is protected under both United States and international copyright and trademark laws. The trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned by Lighter Life Limited and may not be used without our prior written permission.
The Service may contain links to external websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Lighter Life Limited. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies and terms.
Lighter Life Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions, data loss, or interruptions.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lighter Life Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Lighter Life Limited does not warrant that the Service will operate error-free or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lighter Life Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Hong Kong, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
Lighter Life Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the app or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the app or any part.
Lighter Life Limited may, at its discretion, update these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should stop using the Services.
These Terms are for the benefit of you and Lighter Life Limited, and not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party. The existence of these Terms does not give any rights to third parties to enforce any of its provisions.
Lighter Life Limited respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law and our copyright policy. Users who infringe copyright may have their access to the Service suspended or terminated.
You agree not to export or re-export the app or any related information or materials in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including without limitation United States export laws and regulations.
The Service and related documentation are provided as "Commercial Items" as defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, and the use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government is restricted by the terms in this agreement.
Lighter Life Limited is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Service, as specified in these Terms. No other party is obligated to provide support for the Service.
Any feedback you provide regarding the Service becomes the sole property of Lighter Life Limited. We may use this feedback for any purpose, at our discretion, without any obligation to you.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a sanctioned country and are not listed on any sanctioned party list. By using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the Service.
